Rufous Grasshopper

The day before I had spent 4 hours at Noar Hill looking for Rufous Grasshopper but without luck. After a bit of online research I realised that Hartslock Reserve in Oxfordshire was a good location for Rufous Grasshopper. It’s somewhere I’ve been to several times before for Monkey & Lady Orchid but at 90 minutes each way is quite a journey for 1 grasshopper. Thankfully there were quite a few Rufous Grasshoppers present and the 3 hour round trip was well worth it.
