St Mary’s Lighthouse

After a few days receeing locations on the Northumberland Coast I started my journey south with a sunrise stop at St Mary’s Lighthouse in Whitley Bay near Newcastle. The tide was high which suits this location and just enough cloud drifted into position. This pre-sunrise first shot was taken with the purple floodlight still illuminating the lighthouse.
