Belstone Tor, Dartmoor

With a future Dartmoor workshop planned I visited the moor to recee a few locations. As I made my way up towards Belstone Tor a hail shower overtook me on the ridge and the strong icy wind drove the hail stones upwards and into my face. After a few minutes the ground had received a lovely dusting, certainly worth the painful experience, and the sun briefly illuminated the lower peak.
