High tide, light winds and a hazy pinkish sunset are all combined here. There has been a lot of floating weed in the inlet at Bosham over the last few years and in this case it was spoiling the image. However, with the tide coming in very quickly I found that by extending the shutter speed out to 20 seconds the weed was transformed into attractive subtle streaks.
