Although the mud here can be a little unsightly a falling tide means there are still patches of standing water one of which provided a handy lead in towards the church and at this angle the church is also reflected in the main channel. The sky developed some lovely colour which was reflected in the foreground water. As the contrast range increases towards sunset the camera will almost always record the houses as darker than life and so brightening the shadows later in Lightroom is necessary.
