Broad-bodied Chaser

At Latchmore Brook in the New Forest I noticed that this male Broad-bodied Chaser kept returning to the same perch. I moved closer and set up my tripod ready for his next return, it didn’t take long and I was able to get some lovely shots of this fantastic insect.
