Bamburgh Castle

I wore my walking boots because I had planned to shoot around the rock pools and the dunes but as usual I was drawn to the drama of the waters edge and I spent a good deal of time in the water and wellies would have been the better option. I did get wet feet from several unexpected surges. I then switched to wellies for the rest of the trip. My final shot of the evening was well after the sun had gone down with water swirling around a large exposed rock and by now the lights were on in the castle and were reflecting nicely in the beach.
