Crackington Haven

As the tide falls below 4.5m several photogenic long finger ledges are exposed on the right-hand side of the beach at Crackington Haven. This is a dangerous beach with waves rolling up relentlessly, they never seem to slow down and you can be caught out by sudden unexpectedly high levels of water particularly if you visit on an incoming tide.
