The imposing sea defences at Lepe Beach. The light on the sea wall and the coastguard cottages lift the image but shooting with the sun in your image leads to high contrast range issues and with sea spray in the air I find that graduated filters are difficult to keep clear, the sun in your image will also highlight any rain or sea spray on your graduated filter. In these circumstances, therefore, I usually bracket exposures and by varying the ghost amount choices in Lightroom you can decide on the most flattering amount of sea movement.
