A lovely bit of colour at sunrise. I always plan to be on location 45 minutes before sunrise especially for coastal images when water reflects light meaning that compelling images can be taken immediately. The colour can be so early that you can think you’ve miscalculated your timings. At this time of year the sun is setting further around to the south and so it is more or less in line with the far headland at Logan Rock.
