Wilverley Plain

This pine tree is at Ferney Knapp on Wilverley Plain. I had scouted the location earlier in the week and with a frost forecast I decided to head back. The weather forecast was for partial cloud at dawn which was encouraging. I find it difficult to contain my excitement when I’m heading to a staked out composition and you can see that the conditions are going to be perfect.
