Wood White

I followed this male Wood White for 30 minutes as it patrolled the woodland rides. The Wood White is a very dainty weak flying butterfly and I could keep up at slow walking pace. It landed only rarely to investigate Red Clover flowers often without actually touching down. Eventually it settled for a few seconds and I managed to get a few nice images.
