Salisbury Cathedral Dawn
Location: Harnham Water Meadows, Wiltshire
As I came down over Pepperbox Hill I could see that there was a lot of fog in the valley and I didn’t see the Cathedral at all until I was at the final roundabout in Salisbury. As I got to the water meadows there was very little mist but there was some nice pre dawn colour in the clouds and so I started shooting before the sun had risen. As it often does the mist started to increase as the sun came up and spilled out from the river across the water meadows.
